A. The T365 is a unique device that really fits well in both categories. It’s a full featured device that is entirely suited to be used every night, but that’s small enough travel with very easily. With an optional battery that supports both the CPAP and heated humidifier, it can be used anywhere, anytime. It is truly two CPAPs in one.

The T365 uses a unique humidification system that wicks water up from the reservoir and delivers humidity to the user only when they need it (when they inhale) instead of constantly, so less water is used and less power is required, making it possible to use the optional P10 battery to power the CPAP and humidifier for one full night, or the CPAP alone for up to three nights. (Up to you how you want to make this claim.)

A. Yes. Even though the reservoir remains attached to the CPAP, you can operate just the CPAP itself if you wish. You would simply turn the humidifier off by adjusting it to a setting of zero.

A. The use of distilled water, or tap or bottled water filtered with the approved Transcend Portable Water Filter, is required for proper function of the heated humidifier. Failure to use the proper quality of water will damage the humidifier and void the warranty, which may require repair or replacement at your expense.

A. The T365 is compatible with any standard tubing and any mask. If you have a mask that is comfortable for you now it will work well with the T365.

A. None. The T365 comes with a US power cord and three international cords, for free! The included power cords accommodate the vast majority of the world’s various power sources. Other devices would require the purchase of additional cords or adapters.

A. The T365 offers full compliance recording and can be viewed directly on the color screen of the device. You can download the free Transcend desktop software from www.MyTranscend.com/support to view you compliance data and adjust your comfort settings. The TranSync cloud-based service also provides storage and access for your data to share with your homecare provider, physician or anyone else you choose.
